5. Why does the model BF36 cost so much more then a model BF28?

The BF 36 model is designed for greater load bearing capacity and is intended for more industrial applications. It offers the advantage of being able to compact the fill around the footing form and tube when backfilling with a mechanical compactor. The use of a mechanical compactor will not collapse or concave a BF36 footing form if backfill instructions are followed. It is also a considerably larger, stronger footing form and thus costs more to manufacture.
